What We Won't Do
Plain and simple, so nobody's surprised.
- No calls, meetings, or video chats. Everything happens by form, email, and recorded video.
- No ongoing maintenance, retainers, or monthly plans. Every project is one-time. Once it's handed over, the site is yours to run.
- No SEO campaigns. Basic titles and meta tags only. No keyword research, backlinks, or ranking promises.
- No ads management. No Facebook/Google ads setup or running. We only install the pixel.
- No logo or brand identity design. We use your existing logo/colors, or a clean text logo.
- No copywriting beyond the page scope. No email sequences, social posts, ad copy, or scripts.
- No blog or content writing.
- No e-commerce stores with many products. A checkout for 1–3 offers is fine. A catalog store isn't.
- No custom apps, membership platforms, course portals, or complex integrations (Zapier chains, CRMs, custom code, APIs).
- No photo or video shoots. We use your photos or licensed stock images.
- No phone or emergency hotline support. Everything is in writing. Replies 7 days a week, usually within a few hours.
- No paying hosting, domain renewals, or software fees for you long-term. Accounts are in your name and on your card. Only the Overwhelmed domain for year 1 and any hosting during the build are covered.
- No opening or verifying payment accounts on your behalf. You own your Stripe/PayPal and verify your own ID. We guide you and then connect it.
- No guarantees of sales, leads, or conversions.
- No out-of-scope or extra work. Anything outside your package isn't something we take on, and revisions are limited to your package's rounds.

A round is one consolidated list of changes, sent at once within 7 days of delivery. Unused rounds expire.
Included: changes to wording, images, colors, order of existing sections, or links.
Not included: new sections or pages, rewriting copy you already approved or that differs from the intake, or changing the offer, price, or positioning after the build.
Revisions are limited to your package's rounds. We don't take on work outside the package, paid or otherwise.

Really no calls at all?
Really. The intake form replaces the discovery call, questions go by email, and you get a recorded video walkthrough at handover. Replies 7 days a week, usually within a few hours.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
Once your 50% deposit has cleared and your complete intake form is in. It runs Mon–Fri, Manila time, and only counts our working time. It pauses whenever we're waiting on you (intake answers, files, logins, DNS or payment-account access, verification, replies to our questions) and resumes when you send it. Ask for your Stripe login at hour 10, get it 20 hours later: those 20 hours don't count.
How do I pay?
50% upfront and 50% on delivery, in USD. You can pay by card, ACH, or PayPal through a Payoneer payment request or PayPal invoice, or by bank transfer to our Wise account details. No account needed to pay by card.
Who owns the page and the accounts?
You do. After full payment you own the final copy and design. Domains, hosting, email, and payment accounts are in your name and on your card. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you opt out.
What platform do you build on?
Usually Framer (fast, premium, and easy for you to edit after handover), Carrd for budget pages, or code on Vercel. If you already use Webflow or another builder, tell us in the form.
I have nothing set up. Can you still help?
Yes, that's what the Overwhelmed Founder package is for: domain, hosting, domain email, analytics, and checkout connected. You verify your own Stripe/PayPal ID; we guide you and connect it.
Do you offer maintenance afterwards?
No. Every project is one-time, and we don't take on anything outside the package you ordered.
What if you miss the deadline?
No refunds, ever, with one exception: if we miss the promised delivery deadline for your package and the delay wasn't caused by you, you get your deposit back and we still finish the project. Paused time (while we're waiting on you) never counts toward a missed deadline.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Our Client Agreement is in plain English. You sign it by ticking each box and typing your name on the order form.
